Workforce Solutions - Capital Area (WSCA) operates three “one-stop” Career Centers equipped with all the resources job seekers need to find work. Through the Career Centers, WSCA offers job search assistance, employment-readiness workshops, supportive services such as transportation and child care, and funding for occupationally-specific training. In addition to Career Center services, WSCA also operates a Business Services Team that provides staffing, job matching, referrals, and other human resources services to support local businesses.
